- We accept guests aged 5 and over.
- Accommodation is free for children from 5 to 12 years.
- It is possible to accommodate a third adult or a child over 12 years in the studios – for an extra charge of 30,00BGN / 15,34€
- 5% discount when booking a 7-day stay.
- 10% discount when booking for a month (30 days).
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations without penalty are made up to 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellations after this time (less than 7 days) are subject to a 50% penalty.
- The amount is refunded within 30 days after the date of cancellation.
