RESERVATIONS
The management of ET “Stefan Kazakov -90 – Katya Kazakova”
undertakes to ensure the use of the services requested and paid for by the client by online reservation, in their full quantity and quality according to the data provided by the client through the reservation form: name of the client, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.
Reservations for accommodation in the studios and apartments can be made in one of the following ways:

You will receive a confirmation of your booking by e-mail .
Every request made by the customer in the “Note” section of the booking form will be fulfilled whenever it is feasible.
The reservation for children is only available for individuals who are under the required age on the date of arrival.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices on the website of ET “Stefan Kazakov -90 – Katya Kazakova”
are in BGN and include VAT and tourist tax.
The total amount due by the customer is calculated automatically based on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the relevant period.

Payment of the required amount must be made by the deadline specified after booking. Once payment has been made, please email a copy of the payment document to office@stai-plovdiv.com, including the reservation number as the reason for payment.
3.When you make a reservation, the payment term is three days.
If payment is not received at the accommodation within the time frame specified, the reservation will be cancelled.
- If you are unable to pay the amount for an online reservation, please notify us via email at office@stai-plovdiv.com or phone.
ET “Stefan Kazakov -90 – Katya Kazakova” reserves the right to adjust the prices and special offers listed on its website based on demand and availability. Regardless of new price offers, the amount payable for bookings that have already been made, confirmed, and paid will remain the same.
CANCELLATIONS AND BOOKING CHANGES
In the event that the client cancels, doesn’t use, or changes an already made online reservation, ET “Stefan Kazakov -90 – Katya Kazakova” will return the amount paid upon request, with the appropriate penalty applied.
Changes to the reservation without penalty can be made up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation without penalty is made up to 7 days before the check-in date.
In case of change or cancellation after this period, a penalty of 50% is due.
In the event of a refund, all transfer costs (bank charges, etc.) will be borne by the customer. Refunds due to cancellation will be made within 30 days depending on the method of payment, refunds will be made by bank transfer only.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in and check-out times:
- Check-in every day after 15:00.
- Check-out until 12:00.
- Accepting the guests in the building from 9,00 – 17,00.
After this time zone, as well as at the client’s request, self-accommodation is provided.
Check-in is completed by presenting the guests’ identification documents or using a pre-submitted form. The data you supply is protected in line with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing information protection, and it is processed only to carry out the Tourism Act’s specified obligations. Please read the Customer Personal Data Protection Policy.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and confirmation by the building manager, and is subject to an extra charge as specified in the pricing list. Please notify the bookings team if you plan to check in before 14:00 or book a room after 12:00.
On request: our loyal customers can enjoy the option of free early check-in after 10:00 and free late check-out until 18:00 (confirmation required ).
Hotel rules
1. According to Bulgarian law, smoking tobacco products such as cigarettes, pipes, electronic cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars, empire tobacco, or chewing tobacco is prohibited indoors, including in rooms, corridors, restaurants, bars, and other public areas. Smoking is allowed only in authorized areas and outside.
2 Pets are not allowed.
- Parking: We offer free outdoor parking places on-site to hotel guests, with a limited capacity. Guests understand that they are parking their automobiles at their own risk.
- Fair and Appropriate Wi-Fi Use Policy: We offer free Wi-Fi in the building’s rooms and communal areas. Guests undertake to use this internet access honestly and responsibly. The Internet access supplied is intended for general usage, including access to the World Wide Web, email, messaging, social networking, and light video/music/media streaming. It is not designed or optimized for heavy media streaming, internet gaming, or large downloads/uploads. Accessing or utilizing our network for unlawful activities is strictly banned and will be reported to local authorities.
- Safety, prohibitions and security:
- CCTV: Public areas are under video surveillance for the safety of our guests.
- It is strictly banned to bring flammable things, explosives, firearms, hazardous substances, narcotics, durians, pets, or female companions inside the studios.
- Illegal gambling and other behaviors that violate good manners or create annoyance are not acceptable.
- We adhere to a no party policy in our rooms, and unacceptable levels of noise or inappropriate behavior are not permitted in the HOTEL. Failure to follow this policy may result in the termination of the guest’s stay without compensation or refund for the remaining portion of the stay.
- Accessibility: The building has 5 floors but no elevator. You can take advantage of assistance with luggage on the floors during the working day.
- Damages and lost property: We reserve the right to charge the host guest for any damages incurred during your stay by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spills, stains, and damage to furniture and fixtures. Any inadvertent damage must be notified as soon as possible to avoid further damage and expenditures. Lost access cards and keys will incur a replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed.
Any lost and found property left by guests during their stay will be kept for one month. Although we will make every effort to reunite lost things with their owners, we cannot assume responsibility for replacing lost items and advise guests to check they have all of their stuff before leaving. We may offer to send missing things via a reputable delivery provider at the guest’s expense.
8.According to Bulgarian regulations, clients using the services of “CitySkape Luxury” Studio must be adults (over the age of 18). Children are permitted only when accompanied by their parents or other legal authorities. Clients agree not to leave their children unattended on the premises. Children under five years of age are not permitted.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
ET “Stefan Kazakov -90 – Katya Kazakova” undertakes to provide the clients with the services requested and paid in full.
ET “Stefan Kazakov -90 – Katya Kazakova” is not liable for damages caused by actions of third parties.
No refunds will be made for services requested but not used in full or in part through no fault of the customer.
The client accepts the responsibility to observe the generally accepted norms of good conduct during his/her stay at the hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.
ET “Stefan Kazakov -90 – Katya Kazakova” reserves the right to change the information on this page and the terms and conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
When a customer makes a reservation, he/she is deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. Bookings accepted by telephone, email or through our website are considered to be a contractual relationship in progress. The payment made is considered as acceptance of the general conditions of stay at the hotel.
All disputes and legal matters not covered by these terms and conditions and the privacy policy arising in connection with the use of ……. , the statutory provisions binding in the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
